Processing Times

All clothing and apparel orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During sales or peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly — thank you for your patience!


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 or FREE on orders over $75

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International (7–21 business days): starting at $14.95

  • Express International (3–7 business days): starting at $29.95

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your carrier and tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. Express and Overnight options are not available for P.O. boxes.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at owner@mohaveapparelandcustomprinting.com so we can assist with a replacement or claim.


Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout. If you need help, reach out to owner@mohaveapparelandcustomprinting.com right away.
